To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

給稍息的鋪名吸引到，想找個舒適的地方休息一下，看看書。 不料身邊越來越多人，枱與枱之間的距離都近得可以清楚聽到隔離枱的對話。座位亦不是舒服類型，好像沒有稍息的感覺。幸好，服務態度很好，絲毫沒有追趕，讓我好好看餐牌後，都招侍應下單。點了 京蔥牛柳壽喜燒汁蓋飯外貌十分討好！牛柳鋪滿飯面，蛋黃亦十分完整放在中間。醬汁亦分開上，可以就著自己的口味點牛柳用。牛柳略厭比較乾身，味道亦不夠香濃。這樣的價錢我期望質素要更好，飯的醬汁處理不錯，不會讓我很漏的感覺，反而味道香濃，濃濃的忌廉汁包著日本米，讓我一口接一口完成整個飯。不過飲品是分開收費的，一杯matcha latte $55。不過matcha and latte is mixed well. 不會太給matcha蓋過latte的味道，是balanced的一杯。
