To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一向都好鍾意食煎肉餅，今次特登嚟呢間肉餅唔出名嘅餐廳試吓。淨係睇餐牌，已經令選擇困難症嘅我有排揀款式多到你唔信，除咗好傳統嘅煎肉餅之外，仲有最特別嘅榴槤煎肉餅、芒果煎肉餅、藍莓芝士煎肉餅……本身諗住呢啲生果肉餅應該會超級怪，完全想像唔到有幾好食不過一場嚟到，總要試吓啲新事物！榴槤芝士煎肉餅飯 - 原來呢度咁新穎嘅配搭食落又冇乜違和感喎！榴槤味相當突出，配搭芝士好惹味鹹鹹甜甜咁好特別，的確比想像中好食！不過食晒成個嘅話會有啲膩。薑蔥蠔豉煎肉餅飯 - 肉餅點都係要食番傳統鹹嘅口味。但薑蔥蠔豉都係第一次試，估唔到味道咁突出！蠔豉味好濃，餸飯真係一流，超開胃！
