To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

午飯時間去食嘅話，都有好多人同埋要有心理準備同其他人搭枱，而且環境都比較迫夾。豬大腸酸辣湯米線，$37。米線份量正常，口感亦算滑溜。手工麵比起米線更好食。豬大腸，$10（包含喺$37入面），完全冇味，口感亦都較靭。酸辣湯味道有啲奇怪，有種好似薄荷嘅味道。凍奶茶，$3（跟餐價），只有茶味同埋澀味，完全飲唔出有落到奶。炸豬扒（細），$14。10分細薄，冇香口嘅感覺之餘都冇乜調味，而且都等咗差唔多15分鐘先上。
