To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在一個小小的領展商場中,竟然有一間長期人龍絡繹不絕的粉麵店,那就是由市區開到新界區的江仔記了。每次來江仔記,我總會點它的「六寶河」,因為可以甚麼也能吃一點。今次有點小插曲,我在點算和尋找河粉中的魚蛋,因為碗中只有五款丸子,結果真的少給我魚蛋,我跟職員說很快就補回魚蛋給我。我最愛墨魚丸,魚皮餃和魚扎,用料新鮮,魚扎中更有紅蘿蔔絲,口感豐富。至於魚蛋更是比坊間的更為彈牙,它全是自家製的,出品有保證,而它的河粉都是自設工場製造,白滑之餘又挺薄身。不過清甜的湯頭很快就被河粉吸收,所以最好趁快吃。另外點了半份香脆炸魚皮及沒有很多食店供應的小麥草飲品,小麥草飲品味道濃厚,值得推薦喝。
