To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

老公生日,他一向喜歡吃香口野又喜愛吃日本野, 爐端燒是他喜愛食物之一. 於是上OPENRICE SERACH一下. 雖則評語不多,但見版友評價都不俗, 一於訂枱試試入口有點難找,因並非面向大街,而是面向酒店大門. 我們準時12時到達, 門還未開,稍等片刻後安排入座.是日雖則未至於FULL HOUSE 全滿,但都大半滿!!LUNCH BUFFET每人包一杯飲品, 我點了桃味梳打, 味道還可以,但老公的青蘋果味梳打則味道好假,藥水味, 還是建議大家點汔水好了.剛入座,大家還未入點菜紙,眼見 師傅己開始燒銀鱈魚...想必是SIGNATURE DISH,每枱必點吧!! 原來還另一個原因,由於製作銀鱈魚須時,所以就一早開始預備!!!是關銀鱈魚並非直接罝於爐上燒製,而是串成一串串插於爐頂慢烤而成. 其肉質超嫩滑,超對係皮脆肉嫩 最後,我們一共吃了4份.另一推介雞翼, 又係慢火烤製既用心之作(起碼花上15 分鐘).眼見一隻隻白雪雪既雞翼串起. 想必事前應該没有醃過,燒前才稍作調味.....須則調味未能滲入肉身,但慢火烤製後,皮燒得香脆還帶一點咸香,最後我一人吃了6只!!是日還推介大蝦,只限推介串燒方

是日還推介大蝦,只限推介串燒方法.因後期師傅不知是偷懶原故還是什麼原因..把大蝦直接置於爐上燒,蝦被燒得乾乾爭爭,殼"痴"住蝦身.....no good

免治雞肉雞軟骨又是我的最愛,我一共吃了3條!! 好飽肚呀............

這裏的魚類都是強項,所以燒鯖魚,多春魚都是不俗之選.....
同場另有天婦羅蝦,魚生,烏冬,炸豆腐, 炸南瓜餅,麵豉湯,炒雜菜.......但只屬一般貨式.天婦羅蝦粉太厚,烏冬又唔彈牙!!

整體來說是很滿意的一餐,食物全是即叫即製,全都是燙口架....更不會有漏單情況.(其實即使漏單,你都可以直接同師傅講,因為坐counter 位,全程望住師傅製作

順帶一提,抽風系統相當好,即使坐COUNTER, 都不會有半點油煙味伴隨衣履
