To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 黎過百份百食過幾次下午茶餐,今日仲有時間食個早餐先返工,就黎百分百試下佢d早餐。始終百份百係集團式,選擇都算多,我今日揀左個唔太 heavy 之選~野菌鮮奶炒滑配蒜香牛油多士,再併埋輕量火腿通心粉。呢個餐$34,有一整塊多士(圖示我已食左一半塊🤭),蒜蓉味夠香,搽足整塊多士上;炒蛋目測至少有兩隻蛋,加埋野菌好香好食;仲有個通心粉,我本人真係唔鍾意食通心粉,因為d湯底唔係我杯茶,所以從來都唔會叫通心粉食。但呢個通心粉的湯底竟然又岩我口味喎😍;最後係杯奶茶,茶味係香,下次試下少d奶睇下會唔會仲好飲。整體黎講,我係滿意呢份早餐的。
