To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天嚟到石硤尾的百分百餐廳， 未夠一點餐廳已經坐滿人， 點了一個台式鹽酥雞肉燥飯午餐。肉燥是半肥瘦，米飯偏硬一點，要用力趙。 鹽酥雞的脆漿不夠鬆脆，味道亦略為偏淡。檸檬茶是最值得讚的，檸檬味很香。

今日去石硤尾既朋友屋企打麻雀，開枱前緊係要食飽飽，咁先能夠專注打牌。咁就去咗附近食茶記，百份百係連鎖既茶記，入面選擇好多，今日就去食下午茶。叫咗個野菌白汁忌廉迷你焗雞扒飯，上菜時間好快，炒飯底，表面有好多芝士，$40黎計我覺得算唔錯 幾足料，另外必叫既一定係佢個凍檸檬茶，佢同一般茶記嘅檸檬茶好唔同，檸檬已經混入咗檸檬茶入邊，唔會有一塊塊嘅檸檬喺茶入邊，檸檬味度重亦唔會苦澀整體以茶記嚟計，坐得唔算迫，冷氣亦足夠，嘢食又正常，可以一試
