To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 杏花邨稻香,以前叫超級漁港,間中都會來聚餐。自從重新裝修後,食物環境都比以往進步了,講真,酒樓都是大投資的,但稻香價格定位都好貼地氣,星期一至五,早上飲茶及下午茶點心全部半價,有咩理由唔支持。1)今晚向大家推薦「避風塘肉蟹」,同平時大家食開的略有不同,聽服務員介紹,肉蟹係用秘調的滾油直接炸,沒有上醬或粉,非常得別,肉質白色鮮甜。2)$88沙律乳豬:脆卜卜乳豬皮,剛剛好,旁邊伴有沙律菜,夾住一齊食,完美。3)$88臘味炒芥蘭:家人點的,芥蘭爽口唔會老,但臘味有點肥,合時菜式,但我偏愛灼芥蘭。4)$388清蒸東星斑:即撈即煮,新鮮已經完勝最後食埋「爆」珠燉奶完美的晚餐,會再來。
