To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

昨天，感恩同事請我到呢間小店午餐。首先，我被這門口吸引了，－把結他，－個木偶，十分有情調嘅感覺。入到餐廳內，裝修也好別緻☺️我哋點左蕃茄牛肉湯同蘑菇忌廉湯：比較之下，我覺得蘑茹特別出色😋之後，我哋點左烤八爪魚同明太子烤雞翼，八爪魚吾會太韌，好好味。烤雞翼，好香脆，加埋明太子－流👍我哋仲點左蟹肉手打意大利麵，牛面肉意大利飯，手打和牛漢堡同慢煮豬鞍，每一道菜都好好味，值得細品。尤其推手打意面，爽口彈牙，個汁又好入味，大推。食左2個甜品，擺設也好精緻，味道－流。
