又約左個日本料理達人食飯,又真係帶我食日本菜,今次去左灣仔一座穩世大廈食水木日本料理。呢間日本料理同其他唔同,唔係剩係得刺身壽司,佢仲有好多選擇,有串燒,烤肉等等。我又係得等朋友發辦,坐係到等食。先黎前菜,呢個五小碟樣樣都好好食,好有驚喜,由左至右分別係汁煮東風螺(口感彈牙,醬汁入晒螺肉入面,好野味,連個殻都損埋)、甘露黑豆(黑豆用甘露煮過再雪凍,完全係入晒味,好腍同埋好甜👍🏻)、黑松露豆腐(黑松露味好強,加上櫻花蝦,豆腐同埋青瓜片又有一種清新嘅感覺)、枝豆、鮟鱇魚肝(好少食,口感有少少似熟三文魚,但係就再有多d油份同埋魚味更濃)之後又開左枝sake,老闆話呢枝易入口,濃度冇咁高,係sparkling sake,12% 比起傳統真係少好多,入口都唔會好辣好哽,不過我不勝酒力都係飲左1-2杯就唔得喇。 我真係好鍾意食冰菜沙律,呢到d冰菜再新鮮d, 爽脆清新,好多一粒粒"冰"係上面口感好正,可惜咁大碟得上面係冰菜,多d 就更好。本身見到個加州圈,心諗點解要叫,浪費我個肚嘅quota,但係原來佢入面係有牛油果,牛油果味好香濃,成件事即刻變到唔簡單,好食過平時d 加州圈好多好多好多。再黎係燒特

之後又開左枝sake,老闆話呢枝易入口,濃度冇咁高,係sparkling sake,12% 比起傳統真係少好多,入口都唔會好辣好哽,不過我不勝酒力都係飲左1-2杯就唔得喇。

我真係好鍾意食冰菜沙律,呢到d冰菜再新鮮d, 爽脆清新,好多一粒粒"冰"係上面口感好正,可惜咁大碟得上面係冰菜,多d 就更好。

再黎係燒特大虎蝦,真係好大隻,佢一開四都每件好多肉,做弓外脆內軟,肉汁仲保留到,蝦味亦都好香濃好特出,個蝦頭仲有好多膏,燒左更香濃好味。

竟然係日本料理食羊架真係好似第一次😂燒羊架香口,騷味唔算太強烈,有羊肉應有嘅味道但唔會太騷難入口。加上旁邊嘅醬汁,係mustard嘅味道👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

最後就黎我最愛壽司盛合,呑拿魚真係好好味,入口即溶,咬落去油份出晒黎,成口都係油,好味到我真係嗌左出黎。可以我下次淨係叫呑拿魚😂當然其他都好高質素,海膽軍艦香甜濃厚,帶子亦係XXL,巨大又鮮甜。佢個呑拿魚圈好足料,入面都有魚肉,啖啖肉👍🏻

又一間值得推介餐廳,價錢合理食物質素亦一流。
