To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 沒來一陣子, 難有食物味道進步了雞絲粉皮, 現成的汁醬怎會出錯, 當然粉皮都不差, 雞絲都不少, 不錯的開胃小吃淆肉, 都是大家讚的小吃, 配上醋都是另一款令人開胃的前菜陳醋排骨, 炸得好, 即使有了汁但依然十分脆口, 整體很配雞崧叉子燒餅, 十分多的份量, 叉子都不夠需要再來一客, 尤其叉子超香脆, 不錯的選擇陳醋松子魚, 再來一個出色的醋味食品, 當然因在座每位都喜呷醋, 所以是晚特別點多了有醋的食物, 魚不腥, 炸得恰到好處, 酸甜是一絕排骨炒麵, 竟然是不細的份量, 而排骨亦超多, 啖啖肉很少骨, 實在難得, 味道香, 夠穫氣豆沙窩餅是各人最愛, 超新鮮炸好, 又脆又熱, 內裡的豆沙餡很豐富地已擠出來
