To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 雖然香港有幾間北京樓 但係佢地之間既質素可以係南轅北轍 太古同尖沙咀都唔想再去 唯讀中環美心集團旗下既紫玉蘭 翠玉軒 北京樓 都有穩定既表現 今晚係北京樓食飯 得兩個人又想食片皮鴨 訂位果時先知散叫只可以叫一隻無半隻 不過HOSTESS都主動介紹返個二人餐比我 當中包半隻鴨 正合我意 840蚊既二人餐係歷山大廈云云餐廳中可以算得上抵 加上北京樓裝修傳統得黎唔算殘舊 食客又係附近寫字樓 中產居多 用餐氛圍叫人滿意 叫左壺鐵觀音 依度冇好似D酒店中餐咁有野熱住壺茶 不過都有人定期主動倒茶加水 壺茶冇涷曬 頭盤 素鴨紅蘿蔔卷拼豬蹄 豬蹄入味又有些少咬口 醬汁唔膩 不錯 反而素鴨過於平淡 我反而希望會有D酸甜味既頭盤刺激食欲 上湯仿翅湯頭一般貨色 有D平時去酒樓飲宴食翅既味道 仿翅口感欠缺真翅既膠質 雖然有好多翅但感覺都有點不是味兒 大蝦伴帶子酸甜汁帶點辣 大蝦爽口彈牙 帶子煮得岩岩好 唔錯 片皮鴨依度既鴨既舊式STYLE 皮切得較厚 會連肉 唔會好似其他新式鋪頭既鴨皮咁脆同咁有光澤 不過依度隻鴨都好有木香味 係食到最後D鴨肉有D柴 不過都係高水準既出品! 比同樣既舊式既鹿鳴春好! 小棠菜草
