To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

公司開聖誕派對，例牌都係叫壽司；本身諗住係壽司郎外賣，但唔好彩加確診者幫襯過，咁就拿拿聲轉會元氣🍣。元氣聖誕節期間有啲特別既壽司盛，大大兜都係幾百蚊，不過我地有其他食物，都係買左普通一生一熟既壽司盛。燒帶子、燒三文魚、燒大蝦壽司都好鮮甜好美味，炸蝦壽司都唔差，唔脆但都唔會勁淋，食到蝦既質感。我地拎左壽司都隔左成個鐘先食，擺入雪櫃再拎出黎，都依然咁好食。另外當日咁繁忙外賣都好準時拎到，呢樣要比個like👍🏻
