To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以前食炒蛋多士呢啲常餐,最出名係澳牛,同時都係出名員工好有"性格"。華星班底傳聞都係澳牛出黎, 一開始的食物質素同種類十分相似, 唯一唔同就係,華星對客人態度好好,自從華星越做越好, 澳牛員工啲態度都好左好多。叉燒意粉+火腿炒蛋厚多士+凍檸茶。三爬兩撥話咁快食晒,炒蛋夠滑好好味,叉燒意就正常水準, 我反而想讚下呢度既凍檸茶, 真係好飲,我唔知有乜秘方, 係咪茶膽夠靚? 係真好飲過出面
