又喺同老友星期六嘅行山日,呢次得我哋兩支公,可以揀啲難少少嘅,就一於行龍門郊遊徑,但就由城門行番上川龍,撐吓樓梯級。行咗兩個半鐘,算喺咁上下。行完,就無晌川龍飲茶,反而落番荃灣食越南粉麵,喺老友介紹,就即管試吓。「越一越南牛肉粉專門店」位處路德圍嗰邊,正正晌紅十字會側旁,地方四正企理,一室木系帶點小清新,少少越南嘅竹帽做掛飾,餐廳尾又有一大張越南風景相,喺邊度嚟就唔知,有機會我都想再去多轉越南,暫時越南足跡只及河內及下龍灣 。午市時段,主要喺供應午市套餐,一系列湯河、飯、撈檬,定價$45-$62,全包一杯基本熱飲,但可加錢轉為其他越式特飲,此外,亦可升級加配越式小食。目測店員都喺啲後生仔女,服務都算幾勤快,唯一甩漏喺我杯凍飲落錯單。而餐具、魚露,放晒晌枱上,自由取用。扎肉米紙卷 +$12見啲小食加配都喺十零、廿蚊,感覺幾抵吓,就即管試試,不過,試過之後就覺得性價比低。先講米紙卷,其實只有一條,一開二,睇佢送到嚟就知幾迤吓。米紙卷塞滿扎肉條、甘筍絲、米粉、青瓜絲、白蘿蔔絲及生菜,口感頗清爽,米紙唔會太韌,沾點魚露提提味,算喺唔錯。扎肉蒸粉包 +$16一客兩件,而扎肉唔喺加入粉包內,而喺放

咬一口,以為粉包皮薄,但摺到下層好厚,口感極之唔好,而內裡填滿肉碎、菇粒、蔬菜粒……等等,就幾好食,之但喺啲扎肉原來頗鹹,之前食件米紙卷都唔覺,依家就咁食就十分之鹹

順化香茅豬扒湯金邊粉 $45

友人就揀咗碗湯粉,睇落啲金邊粉好似好少,其實只喺碗大,錯覺而已,粉嘅份量絕對唔少。啲粉我就無試,唔知口感喺點,但就有試啲湯,算幾有香味,而豬扒炸得甘香鬆化,只喺覺得有啲油膩,香茅味亦只喺隱若滲出嚟,切成小件就方便食用。

因為行完山,總喺想涼快啲,所以,一早已打定揀食撈檬,唔會食到一身汗嘛。淋上少少魚露,檬粉夾雜生菜、甘筍絲、白蘿蔔絲,入口真喺清爽,又有種酸酸甜甜既味道;但喺,啲香茅牛肉感覺有粉少少怪,腍就腍,但有微微漿漿哋口嘅感覺,就好似炒牛肉落得太多生粉水咁。

凍青檸梳打 +$6

友人清清哋要杯熱檸水,而小弟落單時喺要薄荷青檸梳打,仲手指指埋個名,但結果嚟錯杯凍青檸梳打,只喺少咗薄荷,況且,落完單佢都有打張落單紙嚟,如果嗰時有睇一睇就可以立時改番。都唔緊要,青檸梳打都OK,一心搵杯清爽凍飲涼快吓。

由於啲枱都幾細張,又擺埋餐具、魚露,我哋點咗兩個小食、兩個主食、兩杯飲品,上菜無乜次序,有乜上乜,堆到一枱都喺嘢,個人覺得可以晌上菜方便處理好啲,節奏控制好啲,客人就會食得自在啲
。事後上網睇番,見間嘢都有幾多好評,正所謂空穴來風,事必有因,不過,小弟今次嘅經驗,就覺得一般而已。
