如果閣下有接觸過精品咖啡,有可能留意到深水埗大南街一帶,由昔日布行林立變成精品咖啡小區,而版圖更由大南街伸展至附近街道,再蔓延至太子方向,選擇之多對新手啡客如吾者一籌莫展,於是,吾開始偷窺各大啡師去哪喝😜,而知道這裡,是因為看到飛龍先生也曾到訪啊!😎🍑呈長走廊型的這裡樓底極高,所以空間感很強,除了有手沖啡外,還有虹吸可選,吾較鍾情前者,當然不作他選了😄首次來時點了這款Ethiopia GotitiHeirloom Natural Light RoastGrape, Strawberry, Citrus, JasmineRoasted by RoastWork☕️由於當時還未開始寫下即時感覺,所以未能想起風味😎再來時選了這款NicaraguaFinga El Limoncillo Erhiosar Natural Light RoastBlood Orange, Brown Sugar, Black GrapeRoasted by RoastWork☕️乾香時嗅到酸酸的果味,清爽的花香☕️☕️濕香時,前段時柑橘類之微酸,中段是濃縮的甜感,後段是巨峰葡萄皮的香氣,餘韻是有點像黑加侖子糖啊☕️這裡日間

這裡日間可喝啡,本來入夜後變身為酒吧,只是現階段已暫停實行,祈盼不久的將來再就座時,是摸著酒杯底的體驗吧🙏🏻

插曲:是日喝啡前先選品種,Barista推介了三款,小的本身選了其中一款,可惜啡豆已售罄,再選擇另一款時亦如是,小妮子啡師前來道歉並道給吾折扣,小的以「生意難做」來拒絕,想說在下並非自命清高,只是當日來這裡之前,其實先去另一所頗具人氣的啡店,但居然可直入,之後來這裡時,沿途亦有不少啡店,放眼所見的是,昔日門庭若市的啡店幾乎變得門可羅雀,本人認為並非甚麼精品咖啡店的熱潮已過才如此,真正原因是什麼?相信明眼人最清楚不過,雖說各行各業皆重創,但飲食業定必首當其衝,衷心希望各啡店/餐飲業也能跨過寒冬,雖則吾未能幫忙甚麼,只能繼續努力細味,用心寫作,只要各位堅守信念,總會難關難過關關過的啊,共勉之🤜🏻🤛🏻
