私心推介銅鑼灣嘅高質串燒店🥳餐廳空間感足,以灰牆配木枱櫈為基調,簡約整潔🥰店員非常友好,問過我地有咩喜好/唔食後作岀推介😛簡單講下食左咩啦漬牛蒡🎋甜甜爽脆豆腐沙律🥗採用日本豆腐,質地較綿密,配上海膽醬,鮮甜濃郁唐揚炸雞🍗雞先進行醃製再炸,帶住洋蔥嘅香甜😆串燒🍢叫串燒的話會有日本椰菜俾你伴住食,椰菜亦可點自家製嘅面豉醬單吃🥰牛舌係必點,軟淋適中,咬落仲帶微微粉紅,juicy!汁燒八爪魚鬚用上八爪魚最好食嘅部分,惹味有咬勁😋不過最有趣都係雞肉串~分別有配明太子、芝士同芥末🙌🏻店員教我地芝士->明太子->芥末咁食,三款雞肉串都有經過炙烤,帶焦香,芝士濃香、明太子微辣、芥末刺激🤣雞肝,帶脂肪香☺️蔬菜方面,揀左露荀同日本青椒仔,青椒仔算係比較少見嘅食材,但其實非常適合做串燒,形態較細但多汁惹味❤️燒飯團🍘頗為考功夫嘅一道,飯團米飯粒粒分明但結構又唔會鬆散,撈入紫蘇葉同芝麻,烤至外脆內軟燒羊架🍖貼心的將羊架切好先呈上👏🏻微羶湯烏冬🍜里個不得不提,用上自家製烏冬,麵條較平日食到嘅粗同扁,煙韌有勁,以鰹魚湯伴煮👍🏻睇得岀店舖落足心思令客人食得舒服啲,亦以open kitchen形式俾你睇
