Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

約人不知去處，隨步入定安街，還在微雨中，眼前一黑見不招牌，也不知什麼，但又好像食得的地方，再望多眼，午餐牌上A至I食價錢就60到80，咁就閃咗入去。地方，呀！又幾好喎，西式二、四人枱活動開大餐都得，坐落越來越多人，我地三位就各點一餐，有湯有蒸蒜泥法飽，又幾香喎！二話不說好快就餐到扒香茅豬排，汁香肉鬆唔黏骨。朋友就香煎龍脷柳，都唔細條金黃皮脆，另位就百加地焗雞扒食落都唔似冰鮮，大厨手法都唔錯。結尾唔使講咖啡奶茶任飲，都係一杯，收貨無投訴，下次再撞入嚟食週過。磿姑湯法飽仔扒香煎豬排伴飯香煎龍脷柳跟意粉百加德焗雞扒上飯。
