另一客是生牛肋片湯河粉$128,據聞湯底以老薑、八角、桂皮、草果和香草,加上牛骨一起熬製 6 小時以上製作而成,可惜我又無緣品嚐!!

但我有這容大蝦炒有機糙米飯$148,一反傳統以有機糙米來烹煮比白飯更具口感,內裡除了爽彈去殼大蝦外,還有蘆筍、紅洋蔥、金不換、辣椒、薑絲和檸檬葉等香氣撲鼻的配料,我個人十分喜歡這配搭呢!

最後的是一道將西式和東南亞混搭出的特色甜品椰香芒果班戟卷$58,用西式的Crepes包裹燒香的椰絲和芒果肉浮游於沙巴翁醬汁上,還有意大利雪糕、焦糖脆脆和蛋白餅等,吃落在香甜中略帶芒果的酸香挺迷人喔!在此商場內價位親民又好吃的真不多,如喜歡吃越南菜的您那便要去試試喇!
