今日「穿越時光」黎到土瓜灣,去一間叫「川粵時光小廚」嘅餐廳食晚飯。開頭見餐廳有個「川」字重驚d野食會好辣,原來有好多唔辣嘅選擇架!❤️冰鎮咕嚕肉天氣咁熱,好想食凍野降下溫!食個冰鎮咕嚕肉就啱晒啦👍🏻。外層炸漿好脆口!蘸埋d甜酸汁開胃又好味~👍🏻😋重有青椒🫑、紅椒同菠蘿🍍。青椒和紅椒都十分爽脆。食完暑氣全消~🥰❤️金銀蛋桑葉金銀蛋莧菜就食得多,桑葉就未試過。見幾特別就嗌左。除左菜變左做桑葉之外,其他野都同金銀蛋莧菜差唔多。桑葉份量好多,桑葉口感較莧菜「嚡」但都唔錯👍🏻。❤️文昌雞半隻雞肉嫩滑有雞味~文昌雞本身冇乜落調味料,就咁食食到雞味👍🏻。亦可以點洋蔥豉油同吃,添上少少鹹味,更添滋味😋。

❤️金銀蛋桑葉
金銀蛋莧菜就食得多,桑葉就未試過。見幾特別就嗌左。除左菜變左做桑葉之外,其他野都同金銀蛋莧菜差唔多。桑葉份量好多,桑葉口感較莧菜「嚡」但都唔錯👍🏻。

❤️文昌雞半隻
雞肉嫩滑有雞味~文昌雞本身冇乜落調味料,就咁食食到雞味👍🏻。亦可以點洋蔥豉油同吃
