To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 叉燒用左匈牙利鬈毛豬,肥瘦比例恰當,肉脂分布平均,有少少脆燶邊,充滿肉香,以厚切形式上枱突顯其口感軟嫩。醬汁甜而不膩,叉燒入味而富蜜香。口水雞肉嫩滑,川辣汁辣度剛剛好,唔會太油,整體印象深刻。

食完之前幾道比較重味嘅菜式之後,呢道蔬菜可以比大家清一清胃口。元貝蝦乾富鮮味,呢道菜既魚湯清甜鹹味適中,菜苗清爽吸湯,非常清膩。

🍚 頭抽和牛崧藜麥炒飯
本身唔太鍾意食飯,不過飯炒得乾身頗香,用料也美味,一碗剛剛好。

🧉 葛仙米杏仁茶
小時候既我極度怕杏仁味,但今次居然全喝完,喝到一半才發現碗底有一層像豆腐花的蛋白,蛋白非常細滑,杏仁茶甜香而不膩,推薦!

下層紫藍色嘅蝶豆花糕襯托上層白色嘅奶凍,個人覺得視覺上已經滿分,糕點甜而不膩,軟軟凍凍。杏仁曲奇鬆軟,入口鬆化,有杏仁香。
