To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 獨自放空、跟好友聊天、和情人談情，咖啡小店都是不錯的地方所以一到周未，不難看到咖啡小店人潮滿滿的景象，人多了自然會變得吵嘈。為了可以安靜地坐坐，我轉移陣地去到大商場的咖啡店，看看會不會比較好果然，當大家趁周末往小店去時，我「反其道而行」去連鎖咖啡店是對的，人沒那麼多，安靜一點，空間感又多一點Latte：中規中矩的咖啡，咖啡香味一般，不難喝，但也不令人驚喜開心果千層蛋糕：聽聞habitu的千層蛋糕還不錯，就點一來嚐嚐。忌廉的開心果味不濃，反而蛋糕頂的核桃的焦糖味重，味道不錯千層蛋糕的餅皮略嫌乾了些。
