To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 老公心血來潮好想食牛角，於是去了又一城的牛角，因為可以網上用app預先取票，比較方便唔使排長龍，compare to buffet, 我覺得野食好味好多，牛肉高質好多，又唔使親身去㩒飛！一家大小都食得開心，叫了全部牛肉，A5和牛(正），個人最喜愛的厚切牛舌（每次都冇令我失望架）仲可以加$9蚊配飲品！我們點了三杯凍檸茶甜品點了抹茶雪糕，抹茶味香濃，甜味剛剛好，不會太甜！小朋友每次也是必食的!yum yum!
