To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說啲朋友見我post呢間餐廳就問我去咗邊度食然後我答長洲佢哋都好詫異刻板印象以為長洲剩係得蛋魚蛋芒果糯米糍原來有間咁特色嘅西餐廳行到熱熱地見到有冷氣同個舖面靚靚地即刻入左去叫翻支啤酒chill一chill😍一行二人叫咗兩份食物同兩支手工啤最緊要係電話冇電差埋電😂真係救咗我一命😚叫咗一隻香草燒雞同埋炸魷魚兩款都有驚喜魷魚炸粉唔會太厚香草燒雞亦外脆內滑雞肉入味再加埋兩支手工啤酒絕對係消暑之選!正!
