To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

窩心服務態度，一定繼續幫襯！

原本冇打算寫呢篇食評，但係剛才見到前一篇食評話這間店舖「態度勁差，永不會幫襯」，所以決定寫呢邊食評幫小老板平反。今日是我第一次過來買外賣，只想同大家分享我的真實經歷。我叫了兩盒菜肉雲吞 （$20 x 2)。我話其中一碗想分湯，短髪阿姨話要比多兩蚊買外賣盒，我話冇問題。跟住長髮阿姨就話不如分開用兩個大碗裝12隻雲吞同湯，咁樣就唔使加外賣盒錢。我話好提議，唔該晒我喺度等雲吞嘅時候，順便買咗一串$12橙色墨魚鬚。長髮阿姨除了幫我淋上豉油，仲建議加少少辣醬會好味啲… 之後竟然叫我攞張抹手紙，呢個舉動十分窩心，因從未試過食street food會有人比紙巾雲吞淥好，湯仲要有蔥花。短髮阿姨問好唔好加啲麻油入去，等啲雲吞唔會黐住爛晒。我梗係話好呀！唔該晒呢間菜肉雲吞真係手工製作，食得出餡料新鮮同有薑汁，非常美味我下次一定要再幫襯，試埋生煎包、蔥油餅 etc.
