今晚平平宣佈好消息,初初以為她和男友雅力士拉埋天窗,原來祇是她內部升職,也很替她開心!她說要請我們吃晚食飯並要帶我吃地道的泰菜!我們一班好姊妹到泰燒遙坐下,點了一大堆菜,平平很好客,他男友雅力士說不要客氣,祇要大家開心!前菜是珊珊点的小食拼盤,有很香口的串燒和燒豬頸用,還有鮮味的蝦餅和蝦春卷,待應小姐把四道醬汁送上,分別是泰綣戀,肉汁醬,泰呷醋和泰嬌爹,名字真的超級有趣!我的情意結是泰式生蝦刺身,吃了不過一口真有水準,8隻杯子裝上透明的生蝦,真的晶瑩通透,辣辣的很有口感!泰式手撕雞沙律,泰式手撕雞配上爽爽的青瓜,蕃笳和泰式辣汁真的很入味,青瓜爽爽,很是開胃!小玲最愛吃生菜包,我們訂了兩客香辣肉碎生菜包,豬肉醃得入味,生菜綠綠脆脆,我們吃得津津有味!平平很高興地通知我們,一天前訂了一隻泰式爆炸豬手,我們都很興奮,原來炸豬手的做法是先用泰式滷水浸過夜,風乾了,要再炸一次!難怪入口的皮脆卜卜,很有juicy 的感覺,配上密沙文咖喱,露筍,翠玉瓜,燒波籮,車厘茄,真的超讚!文地貓最愛海鮮,古法泰式炒蟹,肉質鮮味,辣辣的超級香口! 還有古法炒漁鮮,鮮味的青口,鮮蝦和魷魚口感十足,令我們大開胃口!
