平時四圍食麻辣雞煲就食得多,今次決定搞搞新意思食醉雞煲!呢間餐廳係一個朋友介紹,話雖然唔係成日聽到好出名果d名,但係拍晒心口話品質一定好😌有食開雞煲的人都知通常食雞煲都要食得好快,因為煲得越耐d雞會開始變得好老,但係呢隻醉雞煲左好耐都依然好嫩滑,結果我忍唔住問老闆到底佢地有咩祕技,佢話唔想客人會因為雞越煲越老呢樣嘢而變得食雞煲既時候好狼吞虎嚥,變相無辦法好好地享受食雞煲的過程,所以佢地特登揀選用三黃雞,肉質會比較嫩,就算煲左好耐都唔會咁容易老,咁d客人就可以舒舒服服咁慢慢嘆雞啦~其實作為食客聽到真係覺得好窩心😍 有時一間餐廳好唔好唔係睇名氣,而係有無好實在地企係客人角度去出發👍🏻佢地好多火鍋配料都真係好高質,我個人特別推介雪花肥牛,蜂巢豆腐,芝士竹輪,墨魚滑,呢d配料擺落麻辣雞煲係火辣惹味,但當放落醉雞煲,係完完全全的不同口感!係會令人回味無窮的感覺!🤤唯一美中不足的係因為餐廳係家庭式一家三口經營,所以繁忙時段可能上菜速度就要客人體諒下啦~
