To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近喺銅鑼灣炒散，周圍食飯都鬼死咁貴，米線算係食得飽又平d, 呢間坐得都幾OK。Menu 食物我覺得間間都大同小異，好睇廚房師傅嗰日湯底靚唔靚。因為我自己鍾意食小小辣，咁就刺激得來又好味。30幾蚊一碗腩肉米線，但我覺得個湯底唔夠酸又唔夠濃郁有三片豬腩肉，幾淋。有酸菜有芽菜加埋彈牙嘅米線，口感唔錯!加幾蚊有支豆漿，叫做幾圓滿的一餐。豆漿甜度適中，有豆味！同事就話鍾意食熱野，天氣咁凍我寧願食碗冷冰冰嘅米線，真奇怪！
