To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時我最鍾意黎譚仔三哥食飯，今次就試左佢嘅下午茶餐，每樣都好吸引人，而且價錢真係好抵食，物美價廉，份量足夠😋<下午茶餐: 2餸米線 + 2小食 🥢>我揀左魚腐和雞肉同加左$1去麻辣湯底，湯汁麻辣開胃，魚腐雞肉兩款餸都鮮美可口。辣度適中，味道香濃，一碗小米線對於女仔黎講岩岩好。除左一碗2餸米線之外，仲可以揀多兩款小食，我今次揀左土匪雞翼（2隻）同口水汁豬耳。土匪雞翼外脆內嫩，炸得恰到好處，鹹香多汁，啖啖都係雞翼嘅美味，食極都唔會厭。最後一個小食係口水汁豬耳，鮮香爽脆，滋味獨特。配料恰到好處，酸甜開胃，豬耳爽脆可口。每一口都充滿滿足感，令人回味無窮🐷個下午茶套餐仲要包一個熱飲，就普普通通，不過$43真係太抵了🥰
