Hong Kong Style Meatless Menu Fast Food Salt & Sugar Reduction Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 太子這間大家樂經常車水馬龍，因為性價比實在高。今天與兒子去太子段砵蘭街的凱聲琴行買書，買完見到這間大家樂空位竟然多著，便匆匆入內與兒子惡霸位吃個快餐。我吃「天天超值選」茄汁海皇飯，加無糖可樂，幫兒子叫了「快趣筒」周打海鮮飯。真心覺得這兩個餐很便宜，而又不難食。本身想減肥的我不太想食有汁的飯，其實應叫海南雞白飯，但35元的茄汁海皇飯的味道與份量及價錢都太吸引，而周打海鮮飯也很不錯，我還給兒子飲他很少飲的無糖可樂。總括來說，大家樂絕對是窮人恩物，港人之光。惟一要給劣評是它的環保政策，海報宣傳說要走飲管，但職員照舊提供，比老麥做得差。鬼佬全球化公司始終走在文明之先。
