To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日立冬,但不算冷!剛好到銅鑼灣Sogo shopping,就在附近找地方吃late lunch,媽媽建議吃煲仔飯,到皇室堡6樓富臨軒(前身是景逸軒),近下午兩點半,仍然有挺多人在等位,要把握時候shopping,就轉到5樓稻香。不用等,直接入座,當天只供應1款煲仔飯:臘腸滑雞煲仔飯:1)等了很久,催了3次才來;2)份量不多,定價78元(+10% 服務費),坑!3)整煲飯都很油,因為臘腸切開來蒸,肥油全滲到飯裏!4)雞塊肉質挺滑,而且去了骨,吃起來方便,是唯一的加分項!還點了鴛鴦雙潮(蝦餃併潮州粉果)和蠔皇鮮竹卷,這2樣味道不錯!
