一向好鍾意食立鮨,今日同朋友行街經過路德圍估唔到開咗間新分店,咁啱想食壽司,一於走入去試吓。呢間荃灣分店竟然一改之前立食風格,竟然擺放一堆吧櫈,今次終於唔使罰企咁食啦😆😆我同朋友首先每人叫左一碗燒蝦頭麵豉湯,蝦頭係即燒既,好香、配合麵豉湯味道即更上一層,而且整個蝦頭好大隻,可以食埋,超鮮味😋再來係迷你三文魚子海膽杯,呢度既三文魚子暫時係香港食過最好食既,粒粒脹卜卜、好大粒,應該加左柚子皮,食落完全唔腥,超鮮味,再配上海膽味道好夾,正接著落尼就係壽司:帶子壽司、原隻活赤貝壽司、北海道活象拔蚌壽司、粒貝壽司、三文魚壽司、海膽軍艦深海池魚壽司同真鯛壽司。我覺得最好食係帶子壽司,師傅一啲都唔孤寒,切到厚厚咁、又新鮮,的確正!接著原隻活赤貝壽司都食得出好鮮甜既,而且好大塊既赤貝肉,一件食完非常滿足。而其他壽司都一樣新鮮既,令我喜出望外😜我最欣賞嘅佢連醋飯都整得有質素,粒粒圓潤飽滿而且仲暖暖地既。冷烏冬,口感爽滑彈牙,唔錯最後師傅推薦多兩款壽司:螢光魷魚軍艦同炙燒拖羅。拖羅絕對係一是難忘嘅,以脆脆既紫菜包住拖羅,食落滿口充滿油份魚香,令成餐壽司加添點綴,食完呢個終於完滿了,對於鐘意食拖羅既人係極度
