話明立食立鮨啲店舖唔算大,銅鑼灣呢間喺Tower 535的corner 位,都幾eye catching,好耐之前食過旺角嗰間都幾好食,見有半價book咗星期日5點左右,趕上最後一輪堂食,全店都企滿人,但都唔算好迫,鋪頭光線充足,睇落都幾乾淨,可能疫情關係餐具都用即用即棄。唔見出水位,俾店員提醒先見到喺枱面牆身,隻紙杯太軟,唔可以單手斟水。Menu 同牆身有好多壽司刺身選擇,第一輪叫左季節嘅 海膽松葉蟹壽司,海膽大片,好多蟹肉,整體配搭唔錯,不過松葉蟹肉味蓋過海膽味。鰻魚壽司唔喺燒到焦香果啲而喺好肥美厚切,加埋啲鰻魚汁好好食。三文魚籽軍艦都好正,魚籽應該醃過,甜甜地,條脷壓一壓爆啲汁出嚟好好味。帆立貝刺身都新鮮,但唔算鮮甜,一大粒切咗三刀,有啲薄唔夠咬口,赤貝好鮮好爽。嚴選火炙盛合整體都幾好,吞拿魚腩好夠油份,冇渣入口即溶,火炙帆立貝夠厚身好食過刺身,三文魚腩正常,喺好食嘅。燒左口魚裙邊啲油好香,食落口爽,唔錯。松葉蟹腳就正常,似肉質似仿蟹柳,淋身,唔喺爽甜鮮。象拔蚌壽司都幾好爽口,如果鮮甜啲就正。火炙大吞拿魚腩海苔壽司超好食,成餐最驚喜,師傅親手遞到我隻手提我唔洗點豉油、醬汁直接食,

立鮨個感覺都幾正,好似喺日本啲壽司舖咁喺面前即整即食,成餐都喺二百幾蚊好抵食!
