To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有同事之前同我講過，喺上環有一間外賣日本料理，位置就係上環文娛中心對面「日之苑 Ninoen」，啲嘢食又平又好味。今日啱好就出開上環做野，就見到間「日之苑 Ninoen」日本料理，於是就排隊買外賣lunch食。我中意食壽司，所以就叫左六件壽司嚟食。劍魚腩壽司Sword-fish belly sushi×2 $15/位，火炙三文魚壽司Roasted Salmon sushi×2 $10/位，蔥吞拿魚腩軍艦壽司Fatty Tuna sushi w/spring onion×2 $9/位。師傅做得啲壽司大小啱好，壽司飯好夠壽司醋味，味道酸酸甜甜，壽司飯唔會好實又唔會散開，魚生嘅魚肉類新鮮，食得出有魚鮮味；火炙嘅魚片，師傅真係有認真咁去火炙過，而唔係求其燒一燒就去貨。真係好好食，真係冇諗過外賣店嘅出品，竟然係有咁高水準。行過都一定要買嚟食。
