To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 經常經過九龍灣的牛角,幾十人排隊的場面日日都發生,見到都覺得香港人確實耐性同腳骨力十足。自問腳骨力同耐性都缺乏的我,竟然可以在年初二之煙花日食到牛角!不過不是在德福而是lcx。我想應該沒有太多人知道這間分店已經開張,地區上應該比九龍灣方便。到達時已經是兩點多,先看看門外的餐牌,比我想像中便宜,姑且一試。食物選擇不算多, 我們選擇了餐牌上推介的食品:超礦物海藻野沙律$49,含配膠原蛋白喱的美肌沙律汁, 蔬菜新鮮,海藻彈牙,酸酸甜甜的,清新可口。上級牛肋肉$59,份量不多,只有6塊。但適合我們二人,人多就不夠了。牛肋肉肉質鮮嫩,而且雪花紋清晰,但始終要靠燒烤技巧先可以令肉出色。雖然餐桌有指示牌教客人最佳燒牛肋肉的方法,但我可以肯定那個方法係唔work,因為時間太短,肉根本就未熟,還是隨心所欲較好。厚切牛舌$39,要烤得較耐,肉質才有彈性。香蔥溫泉玉子飯$25,要提醒侍者才慢慢送上,肉已經吃完了。玉子飯份量可供二人分享,飯本身沒有調味,如果連牛肋肉一起吃應會是最perfect!!之後再追加牛胃$39, 吃起來比較韌,要用牙力,下次不會點了。最後甜品選了no.1人氣的牛角雪糕抹茶味$19及銅

最後甜品選了no.1人氣的牛角雪糕抹茶味$19及銅鑼燒$19。侍者換過鐵網便可燒銅鑼了,兩種甜品都不俗。
銅鑼燒可以用慢火慢慢燒,待內裡的雪糕微微溶化,應該是最好吃!下次來一定試下其他食品,當然最好不用排隊啦!
