實在好耐無寫港版食評,都係時候做返d野.一早約左班食友打邊爐,從火車站信步而下,自不然又走過去.又唔想食太飽,水魷,豬紅,菜加米粉底,將就將就好了.每次幫趁,最想食既,一定係豬紅,不單滑不溜口,跟平時食到既雞紅,是兩碼子的事.菜淥得過火,而且放得太耐,色澤開始變黃,畢竟係呢類食肆通病,而水魷淥完之後,放入自家調制的醬油內,有咬口之餘,味道亦變得多完化.至於米粉,起初只不過用黎充饑,點知吸左醬油之後,同以前自己仲係細佬仔時食到既回憶味道,有幾分相似.(當年買車仔麵,一係自己帶野去裝,唔係既話,係用牛油紙包起,再落d牛腩汁撈埋一齊,真係好冶味架)
