To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 「南記」對於 #小秘書 嚟講可為童年回憶,小時候嘅我由外婆湊大,爸爸媽媽要做生意,所以佢哋只會假期過嚟搵我🥳 細個嘅時候我都幾可愛㗎,所以啲 #舅父、#阿姨 都好鍾意帶我去街、有時仲會帶埋我跟佢哋啲新相識嘅男女朋友見面... 後來大個咗先知原來佢哋係搵我做掩飾,免得外婆識穿佢哋拍拖😅諗返起,細個嗰時成日要跟 #阿姨 入 #香港仔 㗎... 而家先知佢應該搵我借橋😅 不過算啦佢哋都會請我食啲好嘢嚟慰勞我嘅,而「南記」就係我記憶最深嘅一間餐廳,而「南記」#招牌河 就係我嘅 #童年回憶🤪呢日我叫咗個 #大雜錦湯米線 跟 #豆漿,唔好以為 #小秘書 生咗 #大食積 呀!我只係貪佢有唔同嘅配料,所以我係寧可要少啲河粉,都要keep住各種各樣嘅配料。#什錦湯米線 裡邊有 #春卷、#牛丸 #魚皮餃...呢幾樣都係「南記」出名嘅食材,我就鍾意以清湯底配搭,口味又唔會太濃,牛丸嘅鮮味跟湯底好夾味,係我食極唔嫌之選👍🏻「南記」波斯富街新店開咗之後,我已經好少再返去怡和街分店,一來唔使行樓梯,地方又無咁迫。貪新忘舊咪就係我囉🥳
