To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

竹昇麵底好一般

大熱天時踢完波口淡淡，但又有啲肚餓，求其食碗麵算。忽然諗起附近有間米芝蓮推介竹昇麵，就即刻去食！我就叫咗個牛腩麵，係柱候牛腩，柱候汁都算入味，牛腩都夠腍，唔錯，但點題嘅竹昇麵底太腍，唔夠彈牙，而麵條又係太直身，好似麵線咁，好怪，同劉X記嘅竹昇麵差咗一大折，唔得。個friend就叫咗雲吞麵，雲吞唔錯，有大地魚味，麵上撒上一把蝦子，幾香口。雖然雲吞同牛腩都唔錯，基於麵底唔得，咁喱間都係一次起兩次止。
