踏入2018年嘅第一日,最開心的係可以同知己良朋到鼎爺私房菜歡聚我地今次就安排坐近呢個咁有氣勢嘅屏風畫旁,邊品嚐美食,邊欣賞畫作。鼎字由鼎爺題字,然後用釘按筆劃的力度釘成字,好有氣勢入正題啦!先黎鼎爺精選前菜由左上順時針介紹:阿爺叉燒—好有心思的將叉燒厚切和薄切蜆蚧米通鯪魚球—米通脆鯪魚球彈牙秘製醉鮑魚—酒味濃郁蘆筍黑糖脆黃鱔—卜卜脆,正阿爺蜜餞金蠔,我唔太食蠔但覺得可以接受椰皇燉嫩雞—用椰青水連雞肉一齊燉,我最鐘意紫氣東來—我覺得係輕盈版的咕嚕肉,啱晒愛美又想食肉的女士馬友肚中尋—桂花魚肚藏了馬友鹹魚,魚背亦舖上馬友,令桂花魚有新食法花旗參湯浸娃娃菜—可能我不太喜歡花旗參味,所以覺得有點苦阿爺乞兒雞—未打開時已聞到酒泥香醇的酒味,打開荷葉後雞味更濃新舊荷葉飯—飯夠乾身,還食到荷葉的香味最後一道懷舊明目萬壽果糖水,呢個天氣食夠晒滋潤原來食完糖水後仲有驚喜,就係得到鼎爺親筆簽名嘅菜單哦真係名符其實「又食又拎」,為2018帶來一個好開始
