Restaurant: 澳門咖喱王新鮮腩
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早2日途經佐敦見到一間新開的專食新鮮牛腩餐廳，我同老公當然立即決定入去試一試先啦！餐廳裝修好有澳門茶餐廳感覺，有少少懷舊feel 。餐牌除咗牛腩之外仲有其他小菜，不過我倆當然想食各款不同口味的牛腩啦！而且仲可以加錢轉牛坑腩，爽腩等等其他特別部位。澳門咖喱薯仔招牌牛腩飯-加錢轉牛坑腩咖喱香濃又唔太辣，牛坑腩肉質比較爽口，牛味濃郁，配飯一流。麻辣牛腩飯牛腩鮮嫩多汁，肉質鮮美，麻辣味非常惹味，令人胃口大開。招牌清湯牛腩清湯清甜而且充滿牛香，牛腩軟淋嫩滑，而且底下蘿蔔清甜美味，我最愛果然都係清湯腩，又清甜又滋味，而且份量亦非常多，十分抵食。
