To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是夜約了祁生的同事一齊去看"竊聽風雲", 看戲的地點是尖沙咀港威, 順理成章...吃晚飯的地點就揀了想去很久的重慶大廈吃咖哩。嗯.......點講好呢, 講真第一次去重慶大廈食咖哩, 亦係openrice搜索很久, 最後決定呢間..."皇宮印度餐廳" 因為見佢笑臉多過喊面, 心想都應該唔差丫, 不過....和我想吃到的咖哩有些少出入...。但不得不讚的係, 他們的服務真的好好, 每枱客人都送小吃, 去到後期我們再要求送小吃, 他們都送多一客給我們呢。食物的質素係OK, 但唔係我心想想吃的特多香料咖哩, 所以有失望, 而且全晚最好吃的是"烤羊肉卷" 其他都是普普通通了........。
