平時食開西餐同日本野,但係食得多都會厭,係想試平時自己未食過的念頭下黎到一間潮州野的門口,心諗自己平時經過潮州食店多,不過成日先入為主,以為比較污槽同坐得唔舒服,所以咁耐以黎都未食過。不過今次呢間因為係新開無耐的緣故,所以最少無上述的缺點先。入到去雖然時間尚早,但係已經坐左唔少人。見到唔少人都係叫二人餐為主,所以我地都跟風。主要係一個鹵水拼盤加兩個小菜再加一碟菜同兩客細的甜品。因為我地係三人行所以再叫多個小食。因為計落條數二人餐比散叫小菜平唔少。先上滷水拼盤。我以為係冷盤黎,不過都暖暖地。唔似我平時見開果款拼盤,有鵝掌、鵝翼、鵝頸、五花腩、大豆芽、同一款類似滷水貢丸的野食(小弟見識少唔好見怪)。份量好足,就咁原味鹵水汁送飯都得,點下蒜蓉醋都醒胃醒神。之後上兩個小菜,蠔仔烙同冰梅脆香骨。蠔仔烙同出面食開的蠔仔餅唔同的地方在於,用的蠔仔大好多,蠔佔成碟最少都有三分一。另一個脆香骨同之前兩樣比望落份量少的,不過係即炒所以夠哂熱同香口。初頭食落帶好甜的梅汁,食到咁上下d辣味都出埋黎,辣度適中。菜就叫左生菜,跟一兩舊魚乾,不過不失。甜品係綠豆爽同水晶粿。綠豆爽唔算好杰,不過可惜味道偏甜。水晶粿外
