To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次到訪茶木有感~

與友人相約去看<職工>...電影開始時間為5:30pm，由於還有一小時，便一起去了茶木品嚐馳名的磚塊！這是自己在茶木的第一次，但原來友人已經是第四次了...本來還打算一起嘗試新的甜品...@@剛到茶木，感覺環境挺舒適的，而且我們馬上便被安排入座，這可能是由於星期一的下午吧...人不多~友人喜歡抹茶味，便叫了"士多啤梨抹茶磚塊"一起品嚐，侍應指要大約15-20分鐘才能送上，可惜最後花了30多分鐘仍未有，不知道是漏了單，還是真的要那麼長的時間才能完成製作...終於到了...賣相很吸引的！厚厚的多士磚塊，放著大大的一球抹茶雪糕...正！把磚塊切開，放上紅荳、藍莓、抹茶雪糕，然後一口吃下去，感覺還好，而且很新鮮...因為很少會嚐過有紅荳配搭抹茶的甜品！整體來說，味道還ok的，但感覺抹茶雪糕有點兒太甜，如果改善一下，相信會更好！
