呢D相都係我自己用手機影的, 第一次去真係唔知有間法國菜係呢頭,左穿右插咁入到去餐廳 ,就到了大坑華倫街。日頭坐係呢d露天位上飲紅酒食牛扒,幾嘆呢。Pan seared foie gras with fig and apple jam 鵝肝煎得入口即溶,配上自家製醬,乍看似藝術品,賞心悅目。Baked scallop with black truffle cheese sauce 芝士黑松露焗帶子 用熱石上serve帶子,帶肉勁厚身,好嫩口Roasted NZ lamb rack with polenta cake and rosemary gravy 燒紐西蘭點可以錯過我最愛既羊架呢,羊架肉嫩,有羊味而不羶,很高質。Pan Seared US Prime Striploin with the Gras Gravy 香煎美國頂級西冷伴焗芝士忌廉薯仔配黑松露燒汁又係另一個藝術品,牛肉已切開三舊,牛肉味香,無根無渣。焗芝士忌廉薯仔十分滋味,有層層既質感而又有薯蓉黏在中間。
