To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九龍灣壽司店唔多選擇，早幾日天然好熱唔想食熱嘢，所以就揀左元氣壽司。堂食太多人等位啦，惟有叫外賣買返屋企食。叫左A餐$398有52件壽司，再加個三文魚湯。等左10mins 就拎得啦。三文魚腩壽司好肥美，入口即溶火炙牛油蝦壽司，我最愛好香嘅牛油味，配合鮮甜嘅玻璃蝦一流！帶子壽司，都有鮮甜味。吞拿魚壽司就麻麻。。好鞋嘅感覺，仲有少少腥腥地。其他壽司就不過不失，普普通通。質素一定無日本食嘅咁好，但以平民價壽司黎講都算係咁。
