To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我哋本來一直幫襯開興記嘅, 但之前一日打電話想BOOK位, 已告知全部爆棚, 咁無計啦, 惟有試下隔離間南記, BOOK 咗19:00指定要冷氣位.我哋一行10人--8大人兩B, 一啲去買海鮮, 一啲就入食店傾計坐住等.海鮮就買咗$805.00, 有生劏龍躉2斤幾, 蟶子, 巨型瀨尿蝦6隻菜餚有--豉椒炒蟶子-- 豉汁香濃, 辣辣地超冶味白灼瀨尿蝦-- 基本上瀨尿蝦係生猛新鮮嘅, 所以食店唔需要花巧嘅功夫, 已能食出瀨尿蝦嘅鮮味西蘭花炒龍躉--火侯啱啱好, 香口鮮味紅燒BB乳鴿 X3--肉嫩骨軟, 味道唔錯芝士牛油焗鮮魷--呢個芝士汁香濃, 但最敗筆係鮮魷先用厚漿去炸, 令該菜比較失色蒜蓉炒白菜--OK, 但比較多油另外叫多5碗白飯, 2支啤酒, 2罐汽水, 埋單$562.00買海鮮$805.00+南記$562==$1367.00, 唔計BB, 平均每人$171.00

菜餚有--

豉椒炒蟶子-- 豉汁香濃, 辣辣地超冶味


白灼瀨尿蝦-- 基本上瀨尿蝦係生猛新鮮嘅, 所以食店唔需要花巧嘅功夫, 已能食出瀨尿蝦嘅鮮味


西蘭花炒龍躉--火侯啱啱好, 香口鮮味


紅燒BB乳鴿 X3--肉嫩骨軟, 味道唔錯


芝士牛油焗鮮魷--呢個芝士汁香濃, 但最敗筆係鮮魷先用厚漿去炸, 令該菜比較失色

蒜蓉炒白菜--OK, 但比較多油

另外叫多5碗白飯, 2支啤酒, 2罐汽水, 埋單$562.00
