To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前食過男朋友買的黑椒豬手,味道唔錯。趁今日(6/1)仲有堂食,我哋帶埋家人一齊去試試堂食,7:30去到,等位到8:00入座。 我哋叫左黑椒豬手( 豬皮軟淋淋,豬肉唔會乾柴,個黑椒汁甜甜辣辣幾惹味)炒雞什 (好香,一黎掛住食唔記得影相)蠔餅 (即炸蠔餅,我覺得好好食)咸蛋仙魷 (外脆內軟,又唔會過咸,一定要再食) 西蘭花扒冬菇(一般)脆炸皮蛋 (個樣好衰,味道ok)豉椒鵝腸 (個樣又黑又油,但我覺得幾好味)椒鹽排骨并炸大腸 (呢個不會再叫,排骨乾柴,大腸軟淋。。。)希望疫情快d退去,會再次享受堂食的豬手,外賣味道雖然都好正,但一定不及堂食熱辣辣美味。
