Restaurant: Wah Yuen Chiuchow Cuisine

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聽說是老字號,經營多年,口碑不錯,所以早一天訂位,結果是走廊兩位枱,旁邊窗口梳化無你份,以為是四位才可以坐,後來兩位普通話walk-in 進來就坐進去,條氣頂到上心口,碗翅幾靚都背脊骨落。本來去到比這張枱我,已經想走,想食潮州翅都唔想再叫,但心想已經坐得唔舒服,還要食得唔開心,何必難為自己,於是點了潮州翅、沙嗲牛肉、還有什麼唔記得喇,好唔好食已經無意思,除了味道,還有服務、環境、氣氛、好多元素加在一起才成事。
