To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為lunch time多人，我地又有6個人，所以就安排左坐，但當我地問唔要bar枱需要幾耐時間，個門口姐姐一下就彈過黎“有排呀，你地前面仲有好幾組人等緊(語氣重重地)”。我地費事嘈就坐左上bar枱。Lunch選擇非常少，我地揀左千両定食，特上便當同三色便當。野食都好食嘅，不過係啲曼魚飯啲飯又硬又乾，有啲飯焦咁。天婦羅佢地冇提供天婦羅汁，我地有兩個想要天婦羅汁，問佢攞嘅時候佢只係比左一少碗我地。有樣野我唔係好接受到係因為我地坐bar枱，所以見到裡面bar裡面同洗手盆嘅地方。見到有個員工放低左啲污糟碗筷之後，開一條細細細水柱，用蜻蜓點水嘅方式洗手指“頭”之後再去送餐下次都要諗下黎唔黎食了。
