九龍城區食飯30 幾年,附近糖水鋪都有幫襯過,今日第一次見識凍腐竹雪耳清心丸$48系直接加冰粒,味道越食越稀又淡,冰粒仲有水喉味,系創新煮法?!未聽過有實力糖水鋪會用冰粒直接加入傳統糖水就係雪凍!凍品仲要加咗$2。完全失去過往真材料及味道,做生意賺錢應該但要取之有道,為應付絡繹不絕人客而粗製作品,會否辜負老字號名聲?食物好食之留情而長期支持,否則留錢不留情。
